Great happy hour drink special. Quite strong margaritas for this lightweight. Yummy nachos with guacamole n fish tacos!

If I'm in New York I'm eating at mad dogs, the foods always delicious the music is always perfect. It's always a good time, with great service, it's a no brainer to go to.

I came here with a friend after work on a Wednesday. We made a reservation for 6 pm just in case but it wasn't that busy. We got there about 15 minutes early and they were able to seat us immediately. Even without being that busy it was pretty loud and the busier it got, the more my friend and I had to shout across the small table at each other. The wait staff was nice. It's one of those places where no one is really assigned to your table, multiple people will just come up and make sure you were able to order and are being helped. The steak nachos were delicious but the steak quesadilla was a little bland. The Supreme Pinche Margarita was the size of my head and I thoroughly enjoyed every sip of it. I'll definitely add this to the list of casual spots to go to with friends for a good drink and tequila flights!

Great Mexican food, but the standout here is the service. In particular, I go for Bartender Juan, the best in the city. Super friendly and attentive, and also makes the best drinks around. I almost always choose to sit at the bar to eat and have drinks at Mad Dog on 38th so Juan can be my server.

Love this location always a great vibe finally made it for hh. Only thing is this location is always packed. Hard to get a seat at the bar and a damn table. But everything is worth the wait here.

We stopped by here for a quick dinner and it did not disappoint! Nice atmosphere with upbeat music and good vibes. We had the salsa sampler and all 3 salsa were very good and a nice variety of flavors! We each had the veggie enchiladas for dinner. Not the best I've ever had, but they were solid and we had no complaints. The margaritas/drinks were really good! I really like that they use fresh nectar for the margaritas! All in all, if you're in the area, it's worth grabbing a quick drink and dinner here but wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Mad Dog and Beans is an incredible deal with an awesome staff and cool events! Make sure to go there and sign up for their emails to get a free margarita the next time you come back! We loved the staff and the atmosphere. The food and chips were also amazing! Everyone here was such a vibe and bingo/trivia night seemed so fun even though we didn't play. Loved it here! We've already been back numerous times in the last month.
